Inappropriate!
This cover is inappropriate according to the guardians of public morality at Apple. When we asked for more details as to what made it inappropriate, this is the reply we received:
We don't have a published guide yet regarding our rules on cover art nudity...You'll need to remove the nudity on the cover art to get this live in the store.

Update: we subsequently told our online retail partners that we'd like to do a special promotion on the ebook to evidence Apple's prudery. They will not agree to any promotion of PROOF OF THE HONEY due to the book's erotic content.
